Dear Rob,

Does the Region 8 office in Atlanta have a good
map for Okhissa Lake? If not, is there a good
map available somewhere? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your question. I think everybody that
has ever dropped a boat in Okhissa has asked that
question, I know I have. The fact is, the only map I
have found to being made public is listed at the
Mississippi Department of Wildlife Fisheries and
Parks Page.

I’ve been hoping to find some better maps myself,
so I understand your frustration with this map.

My suggestion would be doing like I’ve seen a lot of
people doing, trolling while watching their graphs,
then waypointing their GPS locations for future
trips. As more information becomes public, I’m
sure this site, will post them.
